Gluten free rings alarm bells in a lot of peoples heads. “What can you even eat?” I am asked almost every day. The things is: A lot of things. I can eat a lot of things, even though I have a lot of allergies. Most pre-fab meals contain gluten, so they are out of the picture. Sometimes gluten free things take a lot of time to make, but others don’t, you just have to find them.
As a student you don’t have a lot of money, either, so that’s another thing.
