Millet Porridge

When you can’t eat oats, millet flakes are a great (and really the only) alternative to make porridge, or millet porridge in this case. But millet flakes are not as easy to use as rolled oats.

Millet Porridge


  • 300ml 1,5% fat milk
  • 300mg millet flakes
  • 1 big banana


Cook the milk, then add the millet flakes and turn the heat down to low.
Peel the banana and squish it. Stir the porridge.
Then after 5-8 minutes pour it over the banana mush and mix it.
