This is an old favorite with a gluten free twist. Dinner isn’t supposed to take long to prepare and this old modern classic only takes a few minutes to make!
Take an Avocado, peel it and remove the core.
Then mash the avocado and add pepper and salt.
Toast a toast and spread the Avocado-cream on it.
You can add figs, ham, or tomatoes.
When you like it more spicy curry or garlic.
