Omelettes are great for breakfast and even though they all contain egg there still is a rich variety of omelettes possible. Like this Cheddar-Ham Omelette.
- 2 eggs
- 50ml milk
- 50g grated cheddar
- 1 slice of chicken ham
- salt and pepper
- Mix the two eggs with the milk and season it with salt and pepper.
- When the egg starts to bubble place the ham on the egg, then flip it over.
- Sprinkle the cheddar on top and flip the egg over again after a minute.
- About 20 seconds later slide the egg on a plate with the ham side down.
