To say “Breakfast isn’t the most important meal of the day, lunch is!” would be a tad hypocritical, so I won’t. But basically lunch is just as important. It should fill you up to give you enough energy until dinner, but it shouldn’t be too laden with fat, or carbs, or sugar, or sodium, etc. etc. etc.
The thing is: It’s those things that make food tasty. Sugar and salt are two things we can taste and know immediately what they are. Fat is a carrier for flavors. To eat healthy and tasty you can vary your diet. You can still eat everything, but moderately.
