Tuna steak is an excellent addition to your diet. It helps with the cardiovascular system and the omega 3 fats in it help with depression, better than taking omega 3 tablets. It’s also high in protein.

Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper, then fry it for 3 minutes from both sides (6 minutes in total!) without oil in a coated pan on a high heat.
Slice the avocado and garnish everything with drops of mustard. I use Bautzner Senf from Germnay.
