Chicken made in the oven is low fat and high in protein. The avocado and cashews add good fats, like omega3 fats to the meal. The sprouts add a little exotic flavor.
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 tbsp salted Cashew nuts
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 or 3 handful of mixed salad
- 1 handful sprouts
Wash the chicken breast and pat it dry. Place it on a tray lined with a baking sheet, then season it from both sides with salt and pepper. Bake it for 20 minutes at 200°C in the middle of the oven.
While the chicken is in the oven mix the salad with the sprouts, cut the avocado into slices. Then season with salt and pepper.
Once the meat is done cut that into slices as well, then garnished the salad with the cashews.
