Turkey salad

Turkey made in the oven is low fat and high in protein. Together with the salad it’s a low carb dinner. Feta adds even more protein and since it’s lactose free by nature it’s also very easy on the stomach.



  • 1 turkey breast
  • 75g feta cheese
  • 2 or 3 handful of mixed salad
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper


Wash the chicken breast and pat it dry. Place it on a tray lined with a baking sheet, then season it from both sides with salt and pepper. Bake it for 20 minutes at 200°C in the middle of the oven.

While the chicken is in the oven mix the salad with the basil. Break the feat into pieces and mix it under the salad. Then season with salt and pepper.

Once the meat is done cut that into slices as well, then garnished the salad with it.
