Baked Vegetables

50 minutes sounds long for making a meal, but when you consider that 35-40 minutes of that is just letting it bake in the oven it’s suddenly not that long anymore. And it’s a very simple and filling meal.

Baked Vegetables

ingredients

  • a potato
  • two tomatoes
  • a quarter of a cauliflower
  • half a patate (sweet potato)
  • a carrot
  • vegetable oil

instructions

Preheat the oven to 150° Celcius.

Wash the potato and the carrot, then cut them into quarters. Cut one quarter out of your cauliflower and wash that as well, before breaking it into singular florets.

Drizzle an oven tray (or a safe-to-bake bowl) with oil and place the vegetables on it. Season with pepper and salt, then drizzle the vegetables with a dash of oil again.

Put them in the middle into the oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
